What if I just want to join this month's Skill Clinic or Workshop?
Our monthly classes are available exclusively to Wellspired members in an effort to keep the cost as low as possible while still providing high-quality continuing education and support.
However, there is no commitment or contracts to join the membership—you're free to cancel anytime if it’s not the right fit for you. (But once you see how amazing the community and member perks are, we know you'll want to stay!)

What is the format of the Skill Clinics & Workshops?
Wellspired Workshops and Skill Clinics are designed to be interactive, practical, and highly engaging.
They feature a blend of expert-led instruction, real-time demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Participants are encouraged to apply new techniques during the session, receiving immediate feedback from facilitators and peers.
Workshops and Skill Clinics often include live Q&A sessions, breakout discussions, and collaborative exercises to foster a deeper understanding of the material.
We know coaches have buisiness schedules, which means you can't always join live, which is why we upload the recording within 24 hours of the event for you to watch or rewatch the replay.
Whether focused on coaching techniques, business development, or client engagement, these sessions ensure that coaches leave with actionable skills they can implement right away.
Do I have to be certified or an NBC-HWC to join?
You do not need to be a Nationally Board Certified Coach, but all of our trainings are pre-approved through NBHWC and speak to the NBHWC code of ethics and scope of work.
What if I'm just getting started in my coaching practice?
Congratulations on starting your new coaching practice! If you are still going through the process of setting up your business and getting it launched, we recommend starting with Wellness Coach Business Academy.
If you have a fully set up business (you are registered with your state, have insurance, etc.) and are able to take clients through an onboarding process (contract, payment, and scheduling), then you'll be right at home here!

With a focus on both personal and professional growth, Wellspired offers tools and guidance that apply whether you’re growing your own business or working within an organization.
Will my work pay for this?
Many employers who hire certified health and wellness coaches provide a benefit to pay for continuing education credits and to covering the cost of professional development, including the Wellspired Membership.
If your role involves coaching or leadership of coaches, this membership can be a valuable investment in your skills and impact.
We recommend discussing the benefits with your employer, highlighting how the membership will enhance your coaching abilities, improve client outcomes, and contribute to overall workplace success.
To help with this conversation, we can provide a seperate invoice for an annual membership, receipt of payment, resources or a detailed breakdown of the value the membership offers.
Often, employers are willing to invest in programs that lead to greater performance and professional growth.
We also offer customized continuing education programs (approved through NBHWC) for organizations with a team of coaches to focus in on specific skill development topics for their team.

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes. When you join the Wellspired Membership, you can cancel at anytime with a 30-day notice and you'll remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
What if I cannot make a live class or workshop?
No worries! You'll get access to the recordings and resources of all the classes and workshops that occur while you're an active member.
That way, if you can't make it to a live class, you can access the recording and complete the quiz to receive your CEU.
What is lifetime access?
When you join The Wellspired Membership, you will receive the call recordings, resources & all materials from any classes or workshops that take place while you are an active member!
Lifetime access means as long as we are supporting that content, you will be able to access it.
Unlike other memberships, even if you cancel, you will still retain access to the monthly CE classes & workshops you were granted access to during your active time with us.
Do I get any 1:1 support with this membership?
Yes! With The Wellspired Membership, our members can schedule 1:1 tech support calls to get personal guidance on the tricky technology challenges that can get you stuck in your coaching business.
Our coach mentors are also actively engaged in our community to help offer you the personalized guidance you're looking for.
